A Little About Me

I’m Jaret Romano, MA, NCC, LPC, and I provide trauma-focused therapy to adults in Pennsylvania and New Hampshire. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including EMDR, DBT, parts work, and trauma stabilization, but I also believe that good therapy has to feel authentic.

I'm active and collaborative in my work. I won't follow up everything you say with "How does that make you feel?" I’ll help you understand the patterns that developed through your experiences, help you see how they impact you now, and find ways to help you make changes allowing you to build the life you want.

I believe therapy works best when you can feel safe enough to be honest. Healing means being able to express the truth about your life experiences, and I want you to know that you can do that here. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform, have everything figured out, or say things the right way. I'll always meet you where you're at right now.

Trauma shapes the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Healing doesn’t mean erasing what happened. It means helping those experiences have less control over how you live today.

When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me spending time with my family, out on the golf course, or playing guitar. Those are two of the places where I get to slow down and reset.
